Our newsletters are written as a means to bring about discussion (that sometimes can even become heated debate) among our coworkers. That's really all I can say about it. I am not a game designer. I'm a mouthpiece. I'll admit it. By the time I get involved, the decisions have been made. Not making excuses for myself, just explaining.

Same here. Its mindblowing ccp doesnt have allhands on deck talking to the playerbase on skype, facebook, twitter whatever. So many tools to COMMUNICATE but no guts to step up obviously.
BIOMASSED 2 Chars so far andcashed in all plexes anr donated millions to eve radio. 2 more to biomass unless someone grows a pair and talks sense into management.
